Post Prom takes a community to make it happen! Whether you can help throughout the year or give us just a few hours around the event, we need you.
There are two important ways to get involved.
UNDERCLASSMAN PARENTS — WE NEED YOU!
Post Prom is a senior celebration, but senior parents shouldn't have to make it happen alone.

Post Prom is a senior celebration, but senior parents shouldn't have to make it happen alone.
We especially encourage parents of freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to volunteer—both on the planning committee and during the event.
By stepping in now, you give senior parents more time to enjoy this milestone with their senior.
When your student becomes a senior, the families coming behind you can do the same for you.
Planning begins in September and continues through Post Prom. Committee volunteers help plan and coordinate the many pieces that come together to create an incredible night for our seniors.
There are lots of ways to contribute based on your interests, skills, and availability. Help with activities, decorations, food, prizes, fundraising, sponsorships, volunteers, communications—or wherever your talents fit best.
💙 Underclassman parents are especially encouraged to join the planning committee!
Can't commit to a committee? We still need you!
Dozens of individual volunteer spots need to be filled before, during, and after Post Prom. Every one of these jobs is important to making the event happen.
You can choose a specific job and time that works for you.
Volunteer opportunities include:
SET UP
Help transform the school and get everything ready.
FOOD RUNNERS & FOOD STATIONS
Keep our food areas stocked and running throughout the night.
CHAPERONES
Help us provide a safe, welcoming environment for our seniors.
ACTIVITY & GAME EMCEES
Bring the energy and help run games, activities, and competitions.
EVENT SUPPORT
Pitch in wherever an extra set of hands is needed during the night.
TEAR DOWN & CLEAN UP
Help us return the school to normal after an amazing night.
